Saxifraga is the scientific name of this plant that grows in deserted sites and among the stones. It is very lively and strong. During these past rainy and chilly days it popped up in our gardens and balconies, a long lived witness of time going by, of the passage of many generations. Its pink flowers explode in the sleepy Winter, just to remind us that life is such a beautiful gift despite of rainy days.
